Body Renew Office Policies
1. Appointments are required for all services. This office does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We encourage you to speak with your physician before starting any health program or habit.
2. Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Cancellations of less than 24 hours and no shows will be charged the following fees: 60-minute massage ($43), 30-minute massage ($25), basic energetic testing ($25), advanced energetic testing ($50), muscle testing ($15). A first time appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will require a credit card to reschedule that appointment.
3. We understand that Emergency Walk-ins are necessary. In an effort to serve you more efficiently, we offer designated times for Walk-ins. The time for walk in appointments is M-F 8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. All Walk-ins will be charged $33. Walk-Ins will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Walk-in time will not be extended past 9:00. Walk in's are for established clients only
4. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for all returned checks.
5. Please arrive early for your appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extended session, and will be responsible for full service fees.
6. Return Policy - Supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the receipt (IF they are unopened in the original packaging) for a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to refunds past 30 days or those with no receipt. No refunds will be granted after 6 months.
7. Referral Program: for every 3 new referrals who become clients, we will give you a $10 credit towards a test, supplements, or massage…as our thank you to YOU!
